Of all the homes sold through the Arizona Regional Multiple Listings Service® (ARMLS®) since 2000, this is the list of the Top 12 highest SOLD prices. There are plenty of luxury properties that were/are listed for sale much higher than our current crown - but they did not sell higher. In fact, five (5) different unique properties have been listed for over $25 million dollars in the past and two (2) of those were higher than $30m! As of the date of this article, 7 Active listings are higher than $15,000,000.

The Reality of this Luxury Realty competition however, is that the most expensive home in Phoenix real estate actually topped the charts on January 20th, 2017 and Sold for "just" $12,750,000.
