The simplest and easiest form is to ask your financial advisor or bank officer to provide a verifiable letterhead stating that you have the financial capability to make a purchase in the range of the list price of the home you wish to see. No personal information should be on it, especially no account numbers or balances. Just your name (or the purchasing entity) and your financial representative's contact information.
