Since the year 2000, (according to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service's data) the highest selling price for any single family detached home in the Phoenix metropolitan area occurred on January 20th, 2017 in Paradise Valley for $12,750,000.  Listed at $13.5m by Robert Joffe and Jonathan Friedland of Launch Real Estate, the buyer's agent was Jay Pennypacker of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Real Estate. The Estate is said to be over 14,000 square feet and features 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The home also features "an impressive 11-car motor court", and is located at 5901 E Edward Ln. in Paradise Valley.
